Could be IBS: IBS is a diagnosis of exclusion which is made after normal blood count , no hidden blood in stools and normal physical exam . Suggest see the primary doc .

The past week, I have been bloated and gassy with constipation and for the past 2 days it has been soft, but my poop has been green every single time. I have had hepatitis A with Liver damage and I do have IBS. Could this somehow be related?
