Is it insomnia. : You didn't describe your issue in detail. Your quality of sleep is disturbed as well as quantity. Everyone needs six to eight hours of rest for the body to work optimally. Otherwise they have headaches, lack of concentration and other issues related to insomnia. Try sleeping for minimum six hours and if that's not the case then you need to get checked for sleep related issues. Good luck.

This is a problem. : We all need 7-9 hrs of good quality sleep.There are many possible causes of Insomnia.You should seek help with your Doc or a Sleep Specialist.It could have a significant impact on your overall quality of life.
