Exercise: At your age, it is unlikely that any medical condition is contributing to your cognitive symptoms if you are otherwise healthy. Exercise is the single best thing you can do to boost your brain power. There are many vitamins out there but none proven to improve cognition. Exercise causes the growth of new neurons in the hippocampus, the memory center.
