Impulse control EMDR: Try developing a skill set so you handle your parents outbursts. Just because they burst, doesn't mean you need to react in the same pattern you describe. I'm a fan of EMDR techniques. Look them up. Skills to help with anxiety and healthy ways to calm you in the moment.
