im always shaking for no reason and its starting to get worse? what's going on with my body? why does it do that?

31 flavors: There is a reason for your shaking--you just don't know it. Many different causes for abnormal movements exist. You need to see a neurologist who will be able to see your "shaking". Simply talking about it isn't enough.
