What are the best advice that can be given after trying to conceive for more than 2 years. thinking of trying fertility pills etc?

See a doctor: A fertility evaluation is recommended whenever conception does not occur after 1 year of trying. You and your partner should make an appointment together with your gynecologist -- or if s/he recommends, with a fertility specialist. Do not take "fertility pills"; they are a scam and will not help. Good luck!
