After 10 years of trying to conceive (age 31) what can be done for fertility?

A lot: No matter how long the infertility has been at your age a thorough investigation is helpful. A traditional evaluation would consist of checking your husbands semen analysis and for you to evaluate your fallopian tubes, your hormonal levels , your uterus, your ovulatory status, and your peritoneal status looking for adhesions and endometriosis. Ovarian reserve testing would be very helpful looking at the fsh, estradiol, anti-millenarian hormone level, and pre-antrel follicle level on ultrasound evaluation.

Seek REI care!: Find a reputable reproductive endocrinologist/infertility specialist with a large lab to assist you. Take Folic Acid at 1-5 mg daily and keep your faith in god. Best of luck!
