Leg rash: Could be anywhere from start of shingles if both legs same area, contat dermatitis if she wore boots, Dermatitis from shaving with razor, Diabetic dermatitis, etc. These are just a few answers. See a dermatologist. Good luck

So many: possibilities…..could be from a lotion she uses, or if she was out gardening..also a picture is worth a thousand words….you can try an OTC cream but, why not just see a dermatologist?
