Chronic Rash: Rash that is unrelenting is tough. Classic medicine works on treating underlying inflammation. Functional medicine works on root cause. The issue with rash is usually the microbiome in the gut or population of bacteria in your gut. You may have food sensitivity and overgrowth of "bad" bacteria due to too much sugar. See someone who can help on addressing root cause of the rash.
