1.5 weeks ago i awoke to a cluster of 15 red, itchy bumps on arm. since then, awake with 1-3 new itchy bumps on both arms. some red, skin colored, or clustered. now i have a red, smelly rash on buttcrack. related? immune issue? derm dr not available?

There is no way to diagnose this issue without seeing it. However, the rash on the buttock could be a fungal rash and an anti-fungal cream may be helpful. The can be obtained over the counter-ask your pharmacist. If this doesn’t help, see your doctor. Good luck to you!
