Mystery rash: It sounds like you have a rash that is difficult to diagnose and treat. It would be hard to say much about it without examining the rash and knowing more of the history. You could consider getting a second opinion from another dermatologist. You may also consider consulting an acupuncturist, Traditional Chinese Medicine practitioner, or a practitioner of Ayurveda.

1.5 weeks ago I awoke to a cluster of 15 red, itchy bumps on arm. Since then, awake with 1-3 new itchy bumps on both arms. Some red, skin colored, or clustered. Now I have a red, smelly rash on buttcrack. Related? Immune issue? Derm Dr not available?
