Braxton Hicks? : It sounds like you have had experience with the "false alarm contractions" or Braxton Hix contractions before. We are not able to discern whether you are having a false alarm in a Healthtap answer. We do not know if you are dilating or not. Nausea and vomiting suggests another confounding problem.
