It’s possible: Severe pain of any kind (headache, kidney stone, broken bone, etc) can definitely cause vomiting, & severe menstrual cramps can definitely do that, but if you have never had such severe menstrual pain before, or if you have any fever or other unusual symptoms you should see Dr for evaluation & possible lab work & maybe ultrasound or CT scan if needed
