Go make memories: Hi Emanuel, I would urge you to focus less, not more, on the physical sensations you're experiencing. Anxiety tends to focus inward too much, often to the exclusion of the outer world (where life is). Attempting to monitor your bodily state can become an obsession itself. Try to get on with your day and try to accept whatever sensations you experience without overly analyzing them.Take good care.
