Probably anxiety: The low heart rate is from propranolol, a type of heart medicine called beta-blocker that helps reduce the physical symptoms of anxiety (palpitations, tremors, sweats, etc). The shortness of breath is probably from anxiety but you should see your primary care physician and have it checked out. If you are having anxiety symptoms despite propranolol then you may benefit from an SSRI and/or therapy.
