Tetanus and splinter: Very very very unlikely so I'd say no as tetanus is good for 10 years. But I would get it checked out and possibly removed at urgent care Do not worry.

Tetanus: A tetanus vaccine will protect you for up to 10 years, although we update it if there is a break in the skin after 5 years to keep you protected. Go to urgent care to have the splinter removed.

No: You are not likely to get tetanus from wood splinters but your vaccination is good for ten years and is current. You should seek help to get the splinter out before it gets infected.
