Probably not: A simple cut is not likely to produce tetanus and you probably have more than adequate antibodies from the immunizations you have received.

Unlikely: Tetanus booster covers you for up to 10 years, but update is recommended in 5 years in case of a dirty wound. Keep in mind that no vaccine is 100%
