See a doctor ASAP: Any large thing attached to your testicle is potentially serious. It might not be too serious, but it might be testicular cancer, which, while serious, usually responds well to treatment. But the sooner you are treated the better. You can start with a family doctor or internist, but the best specialist to see is a urologist; if you call and explain your situation you should able to be seen soon.
