Any : Any lump of the testes is always suspicious of malignancy until proven otherwisw. You should see a urologist as soon as possible.

Agree with Dr. T: You should see a doctor. The bump may be as simple as a sebaceous cyst to something much worse. It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without examining you. Wish you good health.
