At the age of 13 i found a large bump on attached to one of my testicles. it is now 2/3 the size of my testicle. i have went online and found that there are hundreds of bumps that you can find withouth it being cancer, i have had this for a long time now,

Any : Any lump of the testes is always suspicious of malignancy until proven otherwisw. You should see a urologist as soon as possible.

Agree with Dr. T: You should see a doctor. The bump may be as simple as a sebaceous cyst to something much worse. It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without examining you. Wish you good health.
