I have a very slight discomfort(a very stableone) in my right testicle. i cant find any lumps but the very top of the testicle where the big vein like thing is felt,after examining touching it for sometime,it also began to give a discomfort at touch?

Once the epididymis gets any degree of inflammation it doesn't like to get messed with and can become a source of chronic tenderness. To be sure that this applies to you and your symptom, it would be advisable to consult a urologist for evaluation and advice.
