URGENT evaluation!: If you had a heart attack within the past 7 days and now have internal bleeding (vaginal or otherwise), you need urgent evaluation and I strongly recommend that you go to the nearest hospital ER for evaluation. Then follow-up with your gynecologist and cardiologist. I hope everything works out ok and take care!
