Chest Pain: it is never normal to have chest pain and palpitations. A better question may be whether or not it is serious or not. I would recommend to anyone that is having new onset of chest pain and palpitations to be seen and evaluated as soon as possible. It is very unlikely that your hysterectomy had anything to do with these symptoms.
