Normalize it: Get your levels normal asap with brand name T4 replacement. Requirements can change during pregnancy and need to be monitored carefully to not endanger your pregnancy.

Correct it: Thyroid hormone is very important for the development of the fetus. Make sure you are getting the proper care. See a specialist if needed. The level will vary throughout pregnancy but in general, we rather increase the dose than decrease it during the first trimester.
