I have hypothyroidism and was on thyroxine 25 mcg & now under thyronorm 100 mcg ..how long i have to continue 100 mcg..how often to check tsh levels?

Thyroid replacement: Hi. Assuming you have permanent hypothyroidism, you'll be on thyroid hormone replacement for life. TSH (and I also check free T4) should be checked at least once/year and also when changes in estrogen occur (pregnancy, menopause, or start/stop birth control).
