Harmless, not an STD: Mycoplasma hominis is a normal bacteria in the genital tract. It can be shared among sex partners, but causes no disease and is not considered an STD. Whatever symptoms you have, M. hominis is not the cause and I cannot imagine a good reason why you might have been tested for it. Discuss with your doctor, or see a genitourinary medicine specialst, e.g. maybe visit your local GUM clinic. Good luck!
