Go lefty: The only way to try to even the arms out would be to sort of make oneself left-handed. It should work at least partly, but probably won't make the sides truly equal. Of course, workouts at the gym would have to be concentrated on the left arm and shoulder, to enlarge the left muscles... while lightening up on the right arm and shoulder, to not grow the right side during this time.
