Resistance training: Some of this is genetic. You'll want to go to the gym and do 3 sets of 10 reps of the most weight you can handle. Ask your physician whether an electronic muscle stimulator and/or creatine are appropriate for you. Big muscles are fun; most women are even more attracted to a man who's fit, trim and defined, and to how you treat other people.
