See a rheumatologist: This needs to be evaluated and treated by a rheumatologist. Appropriate meds can produce marked improvement for all of these issues.

Reassessment: Other conditions besides your arthritis could be contributing to current symptoms. You may want to discuss your symptoms with treating doctor so that they can better assess.
