I was practicing in a class where we used sticks. my partner accidentally poked me in my eye with the butt end of his stick. i'm not sure if my eye was closed or not, but my contact lens popped out. my eye isn't red but there is pressure in the back.

Probably OK: The stick probably grazed across the contact lens which removed it and it also protected your cornea from abrasion. If the vision is fine, the eye does not hurt and there is no redness - then you should be fine. Pressure is a common symptom and is probably unrelated.
