Many possible causes: Tobradex (tobramycin 0.3% and dexamethasone 0.1%) is prescribed for a wide spectrum of bacterial eye infections. If this is helping we can assume that the infection has caused these symptoms. If not, it may be due to other causes: dry eye syndrome, scleritis, glaucoma, optic neuritis, cluster headaches, etc. Talk to your eye Dr (opthalmologist) for follow up
