i have a bed bug bite right on the bottom of the foot it itches really bad it's swollen and clear liquid is coming out should i be worried ?

Bug bite: It sounds like a localized allergic reaction. Benadryl (diphenhydramine) tablets (not just benadryl (diphenhydramine) cream), ice application and topical hydrocortisone cream are a good start. If still swollen, then a prescription for an oral steroid like prednisone can calm down the reaction.
