Well: The first question is why did you go to er? Bleeding? Now a very early pregnancy may not show up or may just see a yolk sac on ultra sound. You must have done a pregnancy test? Now you will need to have follow up to see I'd spontaneous miscarriage or early pregnancy. So see your doctor right away
