I have a heart condition and i was wondering if i could get a tattoo on my chest right on top on my heart?

Define it: "Heart condition"??? EXACTLY WHAT??? The location of the tattoo is of no significance. Do you have a valve deformity in your heart? There is a risk of ENDOCARDITIS if you get a tattoo when there is valvular heart disease. Also note that tattoos fade with time and that MOST people with tattoos regret it in later life. Much better to use non- invasive, temporary art on your skin.
