Hi i have had pain by my muscle on the right side and down my shoulder blade for the last 8 days. pain tablets arent helping or neither inflammatory tablets and also get chest pain. i do have a heart condition what could it be.

She should not drive herself (call for an ambulance if symptoms are more than slight). If it turns out not to be an abnormal rhythm, myocarditis, anxiety attack symptoms, a collapsed lung, or pneumonia, the ER may still be able to offer some treatment.
