Chest pain: There are many causes of chest pain. Heart disease is but one of them. A lot more information is needed to judge your risk of heart disease. You should discuss this question with your doctor who knows you the best.

Doubt it: Most chest pain in someone your age comes from irritation in the swallowing tube as it enters the stomach. That site is right under your heart & is one of the few things that can do it.Others include chest wall issues with the rib cage which is usually transient (weeks).Avoiding caffeine, acidic drinks & not laying down after eating should improve the likely cause.
