Gingivitis? Nasal?: If you're not coughing up the bloody saliva, it probably is coming from somewhere in the mouth or dripping down from the nose. If it's your mouth, maybe gingivitis (gum inflammation). Wherever it's coming from, this should be professionally checked; see your doctor. Most such cases aren't serious, but you shouldn't take the chance. Good luck!
