Needs evaluation: Depends on the dose and your body but Prednisone can cause visual blur especially when the dose is changing. It can also cause diabetes and that can alter the blood sugar which can alter focus. In addition it can cause cataracts. Best to see your ophthalmologist for an evaluation of the cause.
