I have been on prednisolone since july 2012 but have in last few days, been experiencing blurred vision. blood pressure ok how concerned should i be?

Needs evaluation: Depends on the dose and your body but Prednisone can cause visual blur especially when the dose is changing. It can also cause diabetes and that can alter the blood sugar which can alter focus. In addition it can cause cataracts. Best to see your ophthalmologist for an evaluation of the cause.

Concern is real: The prolonged use of steroids can cause cataracts. See both your internist and your eye doctor for help.
