my daughter's uvula was damaged during procedure, became white and fell off (a piece). extremely sore. any lasting effects? is this negligent?

See E.N.T.doctor: Consult your E.N.T.doctor ,and get y our daughter examined .Discuss about the damage to uvula and if it going to get healed well , also if it is going to affect her voice or not .
