Probably not: The amount of virus left on the straw probably is too little and also would not be contagious, because saliva etc would have dried. The risk may not be zero, but it's very low. Kids mostly catch oral herpes from play- and school-mates. It can happen from infected parents, but usually by closer contact like kissing. Of course take her to the pediatrician ASAP if she gets oral sores or sore throat.
