I have occasional lightheadedness, and on other occasions I feel a head-rush similar to an adrenaline rush. I also sometimes have a tingling sensation in my feet and hands. Should I be worried about brain tumors or ALS? Or is this anxiety 101?
I've OCD but never anxiety attacks. Some days I feel very lightheaded for a short time. Could it be a brain tumor? No other symptoms. Blood work is ok
