Tumor/cancer - NO!: There is absolutely no need to scare the pants of yourself - few tumors just sit still for 6 yrs. But if you can't shake the worry, do have an exam - but learn from it! Ask how to gauge symptoms and about probabilities of causes for people your age and general condition. Don't panic. Tumor pain doesn't come and go. It stays and grows.
