Could i have a brain tumor? lately i've been having the symptoms for it like headaches, vision and hearing problems, light headed, and more.

Could be migraine: There are different types of headache- migraine and tension headaches are the most common ones. Migraine headaches usually are one sided headaches- can be preceeded with aura, hallucination etc- also can be associated with photosensitivity etc. Although brain tumor also can give headache- but it is not very common.Having said that-if those symptoms bother you- go to see your md and get checked.

Yes: Of course, there are other more likely conditions to explain such symptoms. Go see a doctor in person. The internet is not an appropriate way to handle this condition.
