BAER: test can exclude the presence of a small acoustic neuroma if the test is normal. Medications used for allergies can cause lightheartedness. Dizziness is a complicated matter, I see about 10 patients a month in Kentucky who have difficult to diagnosis dizziness. I wish there was a simple home test. Unsteadiness with eyes closed that improves with eyes open is often due to low B12 (
