Ask the DR!!!!!: Was it a MOHS procedure? Graft? Sutures? Dressing? Forget about magic pills or vitamins to reduce scars: they are bogus claims. Usually WATER is best for routine cleaning. Keep it lubricated with vaseline or Aquaphor. Bacitracin and neosporin are useless. Worse, they are common sensitizers which may cause allergic reactions and interfere with wound healing.
