Probably: Sometimes the OB/Gyn doctors are hesitant to go higher than the 50mg dose out of fear of twins and triplets. Given the fact that your P4 level was on the low side, I would recommend increasing the dose to 100mg. If you're being monitored with sonograms then they could always cancel the cycle if it looks like you're over-stimulated (too many follicles). It may be time for you to see a specialist.
