Not ovulating: If your day 24 Progesterone was not detectable it means you are not ovulating and therefore need Clomid (clomiphene) to ovulate. It is very effective and over 80% ovulate on it, and if you do not then we increase the dose by 50 mg up to 150 mg (fda says its ok to 250 mg but few people go that high).
