Disclaimer

Usually 32 day cycle. 2nd mo of Clomid (clomiphene) day 21 progesterone 28. Ovulation kit said no ovulation. So how could blood say I ovulated. When would I know if pregnant?

Multiple follicles: Your total Progesterone level could be elevated without actual ovulation occurring if you have multiple follicles making Progesterone but without a dominant follicle being present. That's my best guess. An ultrasound follicle study could be helpful to see how many and how large the follicle(s) are. As far when you could know if you are pregnant, check a pg test on day 30, it should be pos if pg.
