LOTS TO GUESS: I have to guess a lot, b/c the info is sparse. Bone bruise and ligament damage=at least moderate degree of trauma. Ligaments affected-inside ankle bone ligaments?-deltoids. Tingling-maybe the tibial nerve was temporarily damaged.
