Palpable, visible, immoveable lump on jaw. no mass, but area of increased density on one ct image. no contrast. what could it be?

Mass on the jaw: This could be lymph node which is most likely. It also could be related to the parotid gland. Seeing ear nose and throat doctor to remove it is important.

Bone cyst other: You have a palpable mass on the mandible or jaw. You had a CT scan without contrast and it showed increased density. You should continue to follow with your ENT doctor about the mass. They may order a panorex of the jaw. So long as the mass does not change in size and does not cause disfigurement then best to continue to observe.
