Tofu is just food: Tofu is just food made from soybeans. Tofu can be part of a healthy, balanced diet, and can be eaten at any time a person wants to eat some food. There is no special tofu-time, although the guy to owns the tofu store will likely say, "Anytime is tofu-time!"
